I started my journey in ESB in 2015 as an undergraduate and straight away I felt welcomed, supported, and empowered to excel. The people, the culture and the exciting plans for Digital and IT made it clear to me that this was a place I wanted to work.
After graduating in 2017, I returned to ESB where I was offered the opportunity to work in many different roles and areas across IT Delivery, including my recent move to Digital. My potential was recognised early and I was trusted with challenging new roles and increasing responsibilities that have shaped my career to date. It's so exhilarating and motivating to work in such a dynamic and ever changing digital landscape. The energy each new project brings is contagious and brings great opportunity for growth and progression in both my career and personal life. I have so much pride in the projects that both my team and I have been involved in and I look forward to the exciting journey we have ahead.

Having worked for the past five years in ESB as a Project Manager delivering major projects and now working as a Product Lead for Electric Ireland, I can say that ESB offers a great number of opportunities to grow and develop.
