This really helped me settle in. The graduate programme has been really enjoyable - there is always a lot of variety in the work."
- Sinead Nolan, Mechanical Engineering Graduate
IT Graduate Development Programme

"The highlight so far for me has been working with the RTÉ Late Late Toy Show. This was a project I was given full responsibility of, despite being a graduate. I led the project from start to finish from briefing our agencies, holding weekly calls with all parties to ensure progression, sourcing content for our giveaway on the live show and leading the development of a reactive social media and content plan. It was very exciting to be involved in something that I’ve watched since I was a child. I can't believe a graduate programme gave me such an amazing opportunity"
- Niamh O'Connor, Marketing Graduate
Finance Graduate Development Programme
As a Finance Graduate you will be part of our Finance Operations team and will be supported in doing your ACA qualification. Our Finance Programme offers structured rotations to ensure you gain experience across a number of areas including core accounting foundation principles, statutory accounting, intercompany accounting and cost analysis. "My favourite thing about ESB is that they have given me the learning opportunity to become a Chartered Accountant. I'm currently in my first year of my exams and ESB are very flexible around my study leave and have given me great support."
