The Data Protection Office will shortly acknowledge receipt of your request via the contact details provided; and may request further detail if what has been provided is insufficient to identify you.

In line with GDPR, we will formally respond within 30 days of receipt of a valid request. We reserve the right to refuse requests it deems ‘inappropriate’ or ‘excessive’ such as:

  • Third-party requests for personal data (unless expressly authorised to act on an individual’s behalf)
  • Requests for data related to commercial accounts, or entities.

Please note requests for original call recordings will be supplied in the form of a call transcript. Due to the nature of call recording we cannot guarantee the audio recording does not include background call conversations which relate to other data subjects. The transcript will be a true and accurate account of the call.
