All Business Units (BU) in ESB have an innovation mandate and innovation projects are managed and delivered within each area. The Central Innovation team provides support for cross-BU opportunities , leads key innovation programmes and ensures alignment and co-ordination of innovation activities across ESB.
ESB Networks and NIE Networks pursue independent Innovation Strategies in line with respective regulatory requirements.
