Competition in the residential electricity market has developed strongly over the past two years with close to one third of consumers switching their supplier more than once. A significant number of customers have already returned to ESB.

In recent months, we have successfully launched a number of innovative offerings including the Meter Reading App, Online Store, Energy Saving Wizard and HALO Installation Services and will be entering the residential gas supply market in the coming weeks.
