A virtual public consultation on the proposed Sea Stacks Offshore Wind project launched on Tuesday, 26th April 2022.
The consultation will be open for a period of six weeks, closing on Monday 6th June 2022. It will provide up-to-date information on the project as well as offer an opportunity for interested parties to provide feedback and register to get informed as the project progresses.
The site is located approximately 12km (at the nearest point) off the Dublin and Wicklow Coast. The expected capacity output of such a project will be approximately 800MW which is enough energy to power in excess of 700,000 homes.
