Beiyi Xu, Finance Graduate

"Advice I would give to anyone doing the ESB Finance Graduate Programme in the future is first, don’t be afraid of making mistakes and asking questions. This is how you gain knowledge and experience. Secondly, as a finance graduate, ACA is key part of the programme, learn how to make best use of study leave and turn what you have learned in the exams into your daily work."
