Appointed Executive Director, Group Finance and Commercial in October 2022. Prior to this, was Managing Director of NIE Networks. Paul joined ESB in 1991 and has worked in finance and managerial roles across the Group including General Manager of Electric Ireland, ESB Group Treasurer and Financial Controller of ESB Networks. A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors. Paul is a member of the Governing Authority of the University of Limerick. 

Grace took up the role of Manager, Investor Relations and Credit Rating in May 2026. Prior to this Grace held a number of senior management roles in ESB Group including Group Finance Strategy and Investment Manager, Commercial Manager of Generation and Wholesale Market’s investment unit Asset Development and most recently a senior finance role in Customer Solutions.  Grace is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Anne Marie took up the role of Group Treasurer in March 2022. Prior to this Anne Marie held a number of senior management positions across ESB Group including Financial Manager of Generation and Wholesale Market's investment unit Asset Development, Regulation & Commercial Manager Networks and most recently Financial Controller Networks. She is a qualified accountant and previously worked with KPMG in Dublin.

Steve was appointed Group Funding Manager in September 2023. He previously held a number of roles in the ESB Group including Manager, Investor Relations and Credit Rating, Enterprise Services Business Partner, Group Properties Commercial Manager and Accounting and Reporting Manager.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and previously worked with PwC in Dublin.
