Our wholesale fibre network is unique, as our cable routes and infrastructure are completely diverse to any other providers as our fibre network follows ESB’s electrical transmission and distribution paths. Our national fibre network follows the high-voltage overhead electrical infrastructure (pylon) pathways which are engineered to the highest build standards. This means our network is designed with an extra layer of security and is robustly protected from failure, making it particularly resilient to faults and fibre break related incidents.
