    Supply to 113,000 customers in the Republic of Ireland and 45,000 customers in Northern Ireland was disrupted, at 14:56pm today (August 20th), due to temporary faults at two generators. This caused the electrical frequency to fall temporarily, resulting in interruptions to customers across the Island of Ireland.

    Dublin is to host Fully Charged 2012 an international Electric Vehicle (EV) Summit, taking place on July 11th, 2012 in the Convention Centre. The event is being organised by ESB ecars, and co-hosted by the EU funded Green eMotion project.
